Renew Beauty Appointment Etiquette

All new clients must come in for a New Client Consultation. In the consultation, we will discuss your goals and what services are best aligned to those goals. The New Client Consultation fee will be applied as a pre-payment for your next service appointment. All services will be verified for the completion of the New Client Consultation. Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it’s important to be punctual.  Enough extra time is reserved so you can settle in, complete any necessary paperwork, and begin your experience without worries.  We require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment.  Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments.  As a courtesy, confirmation is made 24-hours in advance via email and/or text.

To minimize the possibility due to an unfortunate increase in “no-shows” and last minute cancellations, a credit card may be required to hold your first reservation. Consent forms are sent ahead of the appointment vis Square Booking. We ask that you complete all the necessary forms before the appointment to maximize the time given for the treatments. Flexibility on filling necessary documentation during the appointment is dependent on daily availability. If last minute rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation occurs, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, Renew Beauty reserves the right to charge a cancelation fee.

By confirming your reservation online or over the phone, you agree to the terms of this policy.

​If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, we may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price.  More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and a cancellation fee may apply.

​A fee may be assessed for returned checks, and payment of the original invoice plus the returned check fee will be required in cash or by credit card. Additionally, all future payments will be required by cash or credit card.

​Payment Policy

Renew Beauty accepts all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.  Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.

​Minor Treatment Policy

Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment.  All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parent or guardian.

Gratuities

While we sincerely appreciate your acknowledgement of a superior service experience, the most generous gratuity you can provide is the referral of your friends and family.

​Return & Refund Policy

We’re confident that you’ll love the products offered so much, you won’t want to return them!  Regardless, below is our return policy:

​If you are a new client, in order to ensure you are receiving the correct products for your skin and that you follow a correctly prescribed regimen, please schedule a consultation prior to making your purchase.

All returns must be made within 5 days of purchase, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Products returned unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, resaleable in original packaging, will receive a 100% store credit of the product purchase price.  Opened, unsealed, and/or partially used products are not returnable.

Purchase of seasonal items, “sale” items, or items special ordered for you are final.

No refunds on services.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact us immediately so together we can reach a solution.

Privacy Policy

We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

We respect the privacy of our customers and will not release any customer information to third parties.  We never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone.  Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.  Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Renew Beauty and customers.  We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.

All client health information is confidential. Health information is secured and protected through physical and electronic security measures. This information is not shared with anyone other than yourself and the esthetician working with you.

If you would prefer to cease receiving email, or to change your expressed interests, simply let us know and your file will be updated.
